Since the human body is programmed to sleep during certain hours working during nighttime hours makes it difficult to fall asleep. My past experiences have shown that when I don't get enough sleep (since I started using CPAP) I become disoriented and dizzy after being up for a while. In fact I feel like I'm going to fall down if I don't hold onto something. Tis is why I am concerned about working during nights since it goes against one's circadian rhythm. I'll be willing to try to work nights but if it's going to impact me physically I'll have to request working during the daytime hours.
