Your headaches sound a lot like the allergy headaches I used to get. They disappeared after I had the allergy shots. At that time I was also sensitive to some foods, wheat for one thing.

Using a heated humidifier with your CPAP will actually be soothing to your sinuses. The moist air helps thin the mucous and keeps the tissues hydrated. I cannot use CPAP without the humidifier.

Whatever the cause of your headaches, I hope you find the answer because it's no fun lying there with your head pounding.
