Be sure and work to eliminate reactions from food, caffeine, and chemicals.

I fought for almost two years trying to find the cause of very severe headaches in the evening. Turned out they were caused by drinking diet cola in the afternoon. If I injest more than a certain amount of nutrasweet, I'll get a severe headache. I found out later other relatives in my family have the same problem.
