I'm late 50's, and probably about 30lbs over my ideal weight. I have moderate OSA, on CPAP 12+ months, and also have high BP, that is treated with meds. My doctor has said weight loss would possibly help the OSA, BP and also the osteoarthritis in my knees, so I'm trying, but it is a bit of a yo-yo!! Well done Barb for losing so much.
