Thanks for the input. I have read on this forum that the Virtuoso is not the greatest thing going. However, monetary issues prevent me from upgrading. I also can't help but feel that at some point with all of the various pressures I have tried that one of them would have been more beneficial. By the way, I do snore (not while on CPAP though) and when the machine was in auto mode it did increase pressures throught the night. Just didn't make me feel any better.
