"Neck Fat" and weight

Below, on the Weight thread, someone mentioned we should discuss neck fat -- I was 15 to 15 1/2 all my life til i gained weight after my dad died and i got so depressed....that weight was acomp by an inc to 16, then 16.5, now I am 17!
the neck fat seems to just automqtically accompany the weight gain
maybe a liposuction of the neck fat would work!!!!
