One thing that I can also relate to, though, which is something you might want to exploe, is the possibioity that you might have candida -- the reason I say that is cos you menioned several courses of anti biotics

I was also on Levaquin and a few others in the mid 90s for prostatitis and also for a resperatory infection. Candida is controversial -- many many mainstream docs dismiss its existence. but those who believe it is a serious codniton will tell you that heavy and repeated treatments with antibiotics destroy the "good" flora in your intestinal tract, allowing the candida flora to take over.

This in turn, according to the candida books, affects your entire system and causes serious fatigue. I was diagnoses with candida two years after i was diagnosed with apnea

there is a diet they put you on which is very difficult to stay on, cos it pretty much eliminates all wheat and sugar and carbs and pretty much everything except meat and non-carb veggies

you can find out more by doing a search, there are also several books on it
