REM rebound ?

Posted by GettingBetter on July 29, 2004 at 13:12:38:

I had pressure adjusted few days back.
After adjusting pressure in about 2 days I have started dreaming very intensely. In fact even in early part of sleep also I am getting intense dreams. Before pressure adjustment I used to dream but it was more in the later part of sleep. Now I am dreaming so much that when I wake up, I do not feel refreshed, intellectually & memory wise I am quite a bit drained, brain feels overwhelmed. There is no headache. Is this REM rebound ?
I do not know if I have slow wave sleep rebound, no way to find out.
If this is sleep rebound as expected then for how long this may go on ? What should I expect going forward ? Any information or sharing of experience appreciated.
