Gravity is one of the biggest enemies of those with OSA and a great cause of it.
Put your grandkid or child- depending on your age - on your chest and try to breathe.

The added tissue simply closes the airway. No big mystery there.

Everytime I look at my gut, I understand my osa better. I am my own worst enemy. I will probably die at a much earlier age than my slender citizens because I will not control my eating.

I/we have no one to blame but ourselves in the great majority of the cases. Same with my smoking.
