Don't beat yourself up over being overweight. It's probably not your fault. Skinny people think that all people have to do to lose weight is eat less and exercise more. However, if you talk (and actually listen) to people who are overweight, there is usually a reason for the problem that is out of their control. I'm blind as a bat without my glasses. Is that my fault? Besides, if you were skinny, you would probably be out jogging all the time and get hit by a truck.
