Me again...

Another question. When I wake up in the mornings after a bad night I feel, well strange. It's a hard feeling to describe but I guess it's sort of a tingly all over feeling, plus I feel sort of foggy, plus that feeling where you've held your breath for a long time and are about to pass out. I don't feel like I'm going to pass out exactly, but my whole body feels sort of drained. I then have to take a lot of deep breaths and it takes a few minutes of doing that before I feel like it's all cleared out. I'm thinking it's either o2 deprivation or too much co2.

Does anyone else feel that?

malakito.
