Yes, a humidifier will definitely help.
There are full face masks for mouth-breathers. However, many longtime mouth-breathers find they can breathe through their nose with a humidifier and the nasal mask on, so give it a try. In any event, the ENT is always an option for the deviated septum and also to check for swollen turbinates which can also interfere with nose breathing.
If you do have to go back to the sleep lab, some doctors will prescribe a couple of Ambien to help you fall asleep.
Good luck.
