Well, I have eating issues as well. lately, I've tried the idea that if I give in to eating when I'm not hungry, I'll only pay for it down the road. The idea of delayed gratification, in a way. I say to myself "if I eat this, it will be gone in seconds, then I'll feel guilt for eating this" Which is so true. The food is downed quickly, it's gone so fast, then what? Guilt again...
