What are you doing just before the headaches begin? Are you lying on a sofa watching tv or reading, or doing something else that may stress you neck? You may want to get checked for sternocleidomastoid trigger points. They can cause the type of headache you describe. Trigger points on the right side of the neck can cause pain that spreads across the front oif the head, but it would be well to have both sides of the neck checked. These can be treated with appropriate bodywork, but you need to figure out what is causing them. Star Cat
