Ever thought about getting an autopap with the monitoring software so you can download the data to your computer and analyze what's happening? May be just a bit better than blindly raising the pressure.

It may be my imagination or a placebo effect, but I seem to be doing better since switching to autopap in April. My blood pressure dropped a bit, I've lost a bit of weight and I often sleep a straight five hours a night instead of being up every two or three. Then again, it might have happened anyway. I will be on PAP since November 1, 2001.
