I am going in for my first surgery since being diagnosed with Apnea. They REQUIRE me to come in for a separate special visit with the anasthesiolgist before the surgery, even though this will just be knee surgery and it will probably be a spinal with me awake. I noticed the questionaires for admittance even have a couple of "flags" asking if you use CPAP now, which I think is a good sign.
