If your last sleep study was done 2 years back then the very first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor about your condition and most likely doctor will ask for a new sleep study. Assuming your sleep study was done 2 years back, the pressure prescribed 2 years back may not be right today.
Even after pressure is right, all other things like mask fit, no exhalation problem etc. work out it can take several months to feel better. That is why my doctor always tells me to try newly modified setting for 2-3 months before reaching any conclusion.
Talk to your doctor. Doctor may prescribe a new pressure even based on old sleep study till results of your new study comes.
Changing pressure on your own is not in your interest. Do not do it.
