I am very happy for you that CPAP is doing wonders for you.
How much time (weeks, months, years) did it take to reach this level of great energy and I pressume fully awake state. What was your RDI ? What is your prescribed pressure ? CPAP or BiLevel ? And any tricks or techniques that may benefit all of us here. The reason for asking so many things is that since PAP therapy has worked great for you all of us here can get a word or two of encouragement and benefit from it. Thank you.
