Three things have changed since you were in the Navy. First, the CPAPs are smaller, lighter and use less power. Second the number of people diagnosed with OSA is much higher now (the number of people who actually have it probably the same). Third, electricity is now so vital to a military operation that it's much less likely you'll be in place without it.
