Thank you all so much for your replies regarding my post (Very sick but desperately trying).

I just wanted to let you know that I have been through so many tests, including the ones that D. H. mentioned. They have all been coming back negative.

My doctors (Family & Sleep Apnea Doctors) have been trying to find me someone to see (Councilor) but our insurance only covers a small part of it and at this time we just don't have the $ to be able to pay up front as they are requesting.

My machine is set at 5 by the doctor to let me try and get use to using it but he has been keeping in contact with me the whole time. I have an appointment to go back in next week for (the 2nd try) at the second part of the sleep study. Hopefully I can make it enough for them to get the readings they need to be able to set my cpap at the right setting.

Some Good news though.... The last 2 nights I was able to use the cpap for 3 hours sleeping and I've taken a few naps with it also. I think (hope) I am having a break through. Or at least I am headed in the right direction. And the funny thing is that I didn't have one panic attack the day after I used the cpap for 3 hours. I'm sure it is probably all in my head but no matter what I was thrilled to have made it this far, even if it is just a small start.

I do want to thank you all so very much for being here. It really has helped to read your replies. Thanks again.

Take care all, Brenda in MI
