It was also nice to find another with many of the same symptoms. I am sorry you are having so many problems, but I know this board and others like it have helped me so much. I'm not alone out there!!
I still believe you will feel better if you can get the c/pap working correctly for you. My setting is 12 the ramp feature starts at 4 and gradually goes up to 12. I used this feature in the begining. The air flow at first felt like a hurricane to me. Now I just turn it on the air flow doesn't bother me at all. I do have a humidifier attached to the REMstar pro.
Keep trying with your doctors and that c/pap setting. You do sound as if you are more relaxed with your machine. All that's a postive!
As SleepyTime Gal said nothing is in your head! Keep telling them how you feel!! And I'd like to know how you are coming along!!
