I assume that you meant "distracted," not "siastracted." Your typing is as bad as mine. I could not imagine what that word was, but I pasted your msg into MS-Word, and it knew immediately!

Anyhow, you should keep the list in the case all the time. I only use the case when traveling anyhow. If you put it in the case every day, try taping it in.

By the way, when I looked in my case - silly old me - guess what wasn't there! Fortunately I keep a copy on my computer and was able to just print it and put it in.
