Sounds to me like your BiPAP pressures need to be adjusted unfotunetly you really do need a sleep study to find the right pressures with BiPAP since it's quite a bit more difficult to titrate. I would not think you have narcolepsy if you are only passing out when you sit down... If you have problems passing out while driving and having conversations with people then it would be more likly
