I'm fascinated by this "oral appliance." Can anybody help me out with some more info? I can't even really picture what such an appliance would look like. And where would one go to get one? Do they have to be custom-made?

(What would really help me get started would be a web site with information, but I know that we're not supposed to name commercial web sites here, so, if you have a URL for me, please make sure it's not anybody selling anything!)

THANKS!
