You don't actually say if you're using the Breeze with nasal pillows or with a nasal mask. I have a Breeze with nasal pillows. I sleep on my side and wear the straps VERY loose. I even tried it one night without the straps at all, which worked, but not quite as well. Yes, it is a little unstable, but I find that it doesn't need to be stable, or tight, to form a good seal. Someone suggested using larger nasal pillows for a better fit, since they don't have to go as far up your nose. I had been using medium, but ordered the large just to see (about $10). The large pillows work fine for me, with no leaks, no nasal squishing, and no tight straps. Notice that the Breeze headgear has 3 different places to adjust the size to fit your head, as well as a place to adjust the angle of the nasal pillows. After I found all the adjustments that worked best for me, I marked them with a wax pencil, so that I can put them back easily if I accidentally change the adjustments. Good luck to you.
