This is as good as it gets only if you are willing to settle for what you have. You have options. You just need to find out what they are. There are a lot of possible co-existing illnesses out there that can be treated, even if not cured. You are the one who has to decide to try to pursue a better quality of life, and then find a health care team that can help you do it. Go for it. Star Cat
