I think you missed my central point. The point is that since the actuaries are giving you such poor odds of being alive at the end of the term, the difference between whoe life and term would be much less than it would on standard policy.

As far as getting more favorable underwriting, you may want to call the underwriting department directly. Ask them to justify their figures, and tell them that you're nearly 100% CPAP compliant.

The results of the "Apple" study may give us better figures. I suspect it will show that Apena is even more devastating thatn they realized, but that effective CPAP treatment - at least for some - very effectively treats the complications. it is even possible that CPAP users live longer than average (since the "average" population contains so many undiagnosed cases of SA).
