There are no simple solutions to your complaint of back pain. Being on CPAP can make you get into deeper stages of sleep. If this means lying for longer periods with no motion, your back may take the brunt of this inactivity, just like sitting for long periods of time during the day. Consult your doctor about what meds can be taken for a longer duration if that's what it takes to handle the pain. New beds or other gimics may be of no help. You may actually have to start a stretching and abdominal strength regimen to counter the back pain for the long haul. Weight loss can also ease back pain.
