Hm, see, I think that makes you a better candidate for the UP3 than me. I have both. He said my obstruction is 50.50 palate / tongue. He said that a procedure that just addressed my palate without addressing my tongue would probably not have a high rate of success.

I am still considering, it though -- but I will get the somno or turbs and the pillar procedure first
