bipap-inhalation

Posted by tootired on October 27, 2004 at 20:39:58:

Hi,
Hope someone can help. I am on bipap and still having many episodes after 5 sleep studies. Apparently I have a long inhalation. The machine I am using, set at the maximum setting, still shortchanges me on my inhalation. Machine is resmed vpap III set at 4 (lengh of inhalation). Anyone aware of a machine that gives you more time on the inhalation? Can't help wondering if this is part of the problem.
Thanks,
MJ
