Hello,
I had done some research on bedwetting in regards to one of my kids. Evidently, during sleep your brain releases a chemical instructing the kidneys to shut down. This eliminates the need to get up to urinate during the night.
Apnea arousals must interfere with the brain producing that chemical, as having to get out of bed to urinate is a common complaint.
I went from 1-2 bathroom trips a night to 0 in two days, once I started CPAP.
I am not looking for dramatic results. I expect slow, steady improvement. I am noticing it already. A little more energy each day, a lot more upbeat.
Very strangely, tedonitous in my elbow, that I have had for a couple of months is going away. I have no idea if it is coincidence or not, but I started CPAP and the elbow is making a dramtic recovery.
Later,
Tom
