Wrong. I have the two-bump model, and it is NOT noiseless, as several other correspondents to the forum have also stated. (And every time someone says that they experience noise, someone else denies the validity of their experience!) Nor is there a restriction. It is noiseless if I cover it in a certain way that does not restrict flow too much, but left open it has a quiet whistle. I guess I WILL have to contact the company.

*Not sure why a narrower plenum would help.*

Anatomy: I have a very narrow face, and the pillows are putting pressure on the lateral inside surfaces of my nares...
I do lubricate--I use a chapstick that is marketed for nasal use, and it works great--except in this area.
