hello...

I just found this website, and I really like it!

I don't have sleep apnea (that I know of), but I do work in a sleep center (and do I have stories!). I do have insomnia from all the nights that I work--I joke with my boss that I will be the next patient!

I have found this message board to be very insightful. I have a love of learning and it's great getting feed-back from the patient's prospective.

Has anyone heard of C-flex? We had a class, and I got to try it out. It was a lot more comfortable than CPAP--in my opinion. Like I said, I don't have sleep apnea so it was my first time trying the machine. I was just wondering how widely available it is at the present moment...or if I am speaking mandarin.
