I am not a medical professional but I would say that
1. your leak level is too high (I was told that below 0.40 is acceptable for my sons machine & mask - my son uses the resmed spirit with a FF mask)

2. the AHI and AI are also too high. An ideal AHI would be under 5. Did you have a very high AHI before using CPAP - do these figures represent a huge improvement or minimal?

It may be that you need to try using a different interface, perhaps a FF mask if you mouth breathe. Your pressure level may also need adjustment.
