Welcome Friend,
About 6 years ago my wife suggested that I had OSA. So......I decided to record my sleep pattern. I placed a tape recorder next to my bed; Pushed Record; plugged it into a 20 foot long extention chord that was plugged into an outlet in another bedroom; This chord was plugged into a timer, that was set to turn on at 3:00 am and go off at 4:00 am. I didn't hear the recorder click on or off since all of the noise was in another room. I couldn't wait to listen to my recording. OH MY !! It was shocking. It sounded like someone was trying choke me !! Obviously I had the Sleep test soon after. 100 Apneas per hour WOW !! So, my advice to you is "Get that test asp"
Good luck.......let us know how it goes
