Sleepy,
Had post surgery sleep test last nite. Talking with the technician ( who is suppose to tell me absolutely nothing you understand!) I had a RDI of about ONE! However she also said that I was having REM disturbances and WOULD NOT elaborate other than to say my O2 level dropped drastically during REM every time. Guess I will just have to wait till Nov 9 when I have an appointment with their doctor to see what he says. Oh well...as far as my sleep I have gotten used to not getting my hopes up! This is a pain in the you know what!
