Pain of any kind is not normal. It is a signal from your body alerting you that something needs changing. A lot of change comes into your life with the CPAP. It is perhaps wise to try to figure out what is causing the pain. If it is something like myofascial trigger points, then you find out what is causing them. You may need to use pillows, find a bed that suits you better, find a sleeping position that is easier on your body, etc. A pillows under the knees if you sleep on your back can ease the pressure on your back muscles, and a pillow between your legs can help avoid overextending the top leg and causing TrPs, but you still need to fogure out what is happening to your body so that you can prevent or minimize the pain. It may take a while, but the time spent will be worth it. Star Cat.
