Help!! Mask/Headgear keep slipping

Mask and headgear keep slipping out of place. I have had this same problem since starting CPAP almost 3 years ago. The headgear, and mask, creep towards the top of my head while I'm sleeping, and then leak. I wake up several times a night to pull everything back down into place. Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution? I have found that wearing a chin strap over the headgear helps hold it in place, and slows down the cycle, but has not eliminated the problem.
