that is weird about 02 dropping during REM. I wonde rhow much you spent in REM and that if you still need Cpap to keep O2 up even though you have RDI of one

I am thinking of maybe taking a baty step toward a Up3 and getting somno of the uvula to reduce it -- and getting my tonsils out
