You said that you were getting the sensation of being hung by the nostrils. This tells me you do not have it adjusted right.
You should know all about adjusting it by now including the square nut that adjusts the plenum angle.
I have had several Breezes and some just seemed a bit tight and I could not get it to fit without taking the metal spine and carefully bending it. be careful to not warp it. Just a tad and try it. then again if needed.

Now you should be able to get the pressure against the nose adjusted with the regular adjusting points. When properly adjusted there should be just a very slight pressure against the nose. You should be able to put your finger above the bridge of your nose and gently lift it and see that the amt of force is very slight.
Try this and get back.
There should be no perceptible pressure against the nose.
