I've been on CPAP since November 2001 and the last couple of months, I've begun taking the mask off in my sleep. This last month, my sleep patterns have been very poor. My allergies have also been bad in spite of taking all my medications and doing all the usual things and I think that has something to do with it. It certainly motivates me to be more consistent with my meds. I have a full face mask, but it whistles and leaks and I hate to resort to that. Sure do hope I get back in the groove -- I have places to go and things to do and I need my sleep!!
