Hello,

I did something similar last night.

Got up to use the washroom (which is rare now with CPAP) and when I layed back down, I thought to myslef, "I will just lay here a minute with my mask off". Next thing I knew I was waking from sleep, not sure how long I went without the mask.

It was my own fault. Luckily, I remember doing it.

I have come to love my full face mask. I found the prongs of nasal masks dug into the sides of my nasal passages. I have no leaks of whistles with my mask.

I am so use to it, I sometimes have to check to make sure it is running. I never thought that I would adjust to that pressure, but I have.

Later,
Silenced Thunder
