No, I don't think that your prescription needs to specify a ramp.

Yes, I think that most if not all CPAP machines in the market come with ramps. Incidentally, most of not all CPAP machines are dual-voltage, which means that they can be plugged in in 110 volt countries (USA, Canada, Mexico), and 220 volt countries (UK, European Union, Australia, Argentina, China, India). Only the shape of the plug remains an issue.

If you're like most of us, you'll find the ramp useless by your first aniversary. However, it can be helpful during the critical initial period.
