My routine is that I read for awhile in bed until I'm ready to fall asleep. Since being on CPAP, I usually cannot fall asleep without the CPAP! So I haven't had a problem falling asleep before putting on the mask. And even this one fluky time I went to be with it on.

We went on a 19-hr trip over Christmas and I never went to sleep in the car (as a passenger !@!@) Too bad, because my husband could have used the help driving!! I used to fall asleep at the drop of a hat, especially riding in a car, but no more!!!
