As a matter of fact, the ramp-up is quite comfortable. I did increase the beginning ramp number from 4 to 6. My treatment pressure is already at 16, which I am told is pretty high. I am using the pass-over humidifier also. I do have allergies and stuffy nose sometimes, but use saline nose mist before bed to try and alleviate the problem.
