What brand are you talking about?
No way it should cost anywhere near 2500.
DME will greatly inflate the price and you pay a pct as copay.
They have a contracted set price and do not get anywhere near the 2500.00.
You should be able to get one for much less than 1000.00
My Devilbiss 9001D was available for about 420.00

Do your homework. Many DME count on a high pct of uninformed consumers.
ANd yes, the rx order is yours.
