I've been using the GoodNight APAP machine for almost 10 months. I don't think you'll find a smaller or lighter weight model. It does not have an integrated humidifier, but works fine when I'm in Europe and Asia (adaptor plugs required). I also use the NasalAire II mask. For short trips I don't pack the humidifier (Fisher and Paykel HC-150). For longer trips I bring either the 110V HC-150 I have or the 220V version. Yes, there's two different based on voltage. I hope this helps.
