Thanks for the posts below! This has all happened so fast (less than 2 weeks since my original ENT appointment), that I haven't had much time to research CPAPs.

I left a message with the DME today for info on the type, brand & model of the machine to doc recommended. I also made a appointment with the sleep doc to go over my detailed results - but it's not for 2 more weeks. The letter from him said "mild OSA, which became severe upon REM". Since my RDI was fairly low at 13.7, I wonder if I would still need CPAP if I lost weight (i need to lose about 40 lbs). Guess it's worth a try.
