Ya know...

I just had surgery for apnea...(I am up, I saw this post) and though its not Cpap, the effects are similar(I am not advocating surgery).

I had really really HIGH expectation. And the reality is, its really nice to have a good nights sleep...fundamental. Awesome. WOW. But I still have ADHD...oh well. So some things get better, and some stay the same.

But you'll live longer.
