Try the new Respironics Comfortlite. It is a new style headgear much like the Breeze. In the kit it includes both 2 sizes of mask and 2 sizes of nasal interface (yup 4 options).

The simple masks are very small compared to what you are using. They float very well over the nose.

I have switched over from the Breeze Dream Seal. Quite pleased with the performance.
